Dr. Ngo Quang Vinh

Dr. Ngo Quang Vinh is an expert and higher education administrator with more than 20 years of experience, currently serving as Vice Provost of Tan Tao University and Editor-in-Chief of the Tan Tao University Journal of Science, playing a key role in academic leadership and the University's research development.

He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Japanese from Hanoi University of Foreign Studies (Hanoi University), and earned a Master's degree in Japanese Language Education and a Ph.D. in Linguistics from Hitotsubashi University (Japan, 2015).

He has held several important management positions, including Head of the Department of Japanese – Korean – Thai (University of Foreign Language Studies, University of Danang) and Vice Provost of Dong A University. He is a founding member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Association for Japanese Language Research and Teaching and Japanese Studies, and he is fluent in both Japanese and English.
